Property and facilities management professional with more than 15 years of industry experience.

Ts. PMgr. Nevishkumaar Kumaran is an accomplished property and facilities management professional with experience spanning property management, facility management, building operations, customer service, operational compliance and service delivery.

He holds a Master's Degree in Facility Management, complementing his extensive practical industry experience with advanced academic knowledge in facility operations, strategic management, asset performance and the management of the built environment.

Professionally, he is a Registered Property Manager, Certified Property Manager and Professional Technologist (Ts.), reflecting his multidisciplinary background across property management, facilities management and technology.

As Director of Prestige Valet & Parking Sdn. Bhd., he provides the strategic leadership and operational direction for the company, with a clear vision to develop Prestige beyond conventional valet parking into a professional Smart Parking, Valet and Mobility Management Company.

His extensive exposure to the management of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments has provided him with a strong understanding of the operational challenges associated with parking facilities, traffic congestion, vehicle circulation, access management, customer experience, manpower management, safety, technology integration and property operations.

He believes that parking should no longer be viewed merely as a supporting facility. Instead, it should be professionally managed as an integral part of the property operation and the overall customer journey.
